Stanford and Indiana Remain at #1
November 8, 2017 - The Stanford women and Indiana men have been voted number one in the latest CSCAA / TYR Top 25 Poll of Division I swimming and diving teams.
The Cardinal women were selected first in the the preseason poll and the first poll of the season. The Texas held their spot at number two and the Texas A&M women had big jump from 5th to 3rd.
On the men's side, Indiana University held their spot at #1 against strong programs like California and Florida. The University of Michigan men jumped up to 4th place and Texas A&M had an impressive win against previous NCAA Champions, Texas, moving them up from 11th to 6th.
The poll aims to measure the top teams in head-to-head competition.
The rankings are voted on by CSCAA-member coaches and the next poll is scheduled for release on December 6th.
