The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced its NCAA Women's Division I award winners and All-Americans for the 2022-23 season.

The awards were determined by a vote of CSCAA-member Division I head swimming coaches and head diving coaches. All-Americans are selected on the basis of their finish at the NCAA Championships and a team's current membership with the CSCAA.  Only student-athletes who competed in their championship finals are eligible for All-America Honors. NCAA relays & individuals must score in the top 8 to earn first-team honors while those who finish ninth through sixteenth earn second-team honors.

Coach of the Year Awards

After securing Virginia’s third consecutive team title, coach Todd DeSorbo was recognized by his peers as the Women's Swim Coach of the Year. The Women’s Dive Coach of the Year award was given to North Carolina’s Yaidel Gamboa for his work in producing a two-time champion in the spring board events.

Athlete of the Year Awards

The Women’s Swimmer of the Year award was won by the only three-event champion of the meet, Kate Douglass of Virginia, who also broke NCAA records in all seven of her events. The Women’s Diver of the Year award was earned by North Carolina’s Aranza Vazquez Montano based on the strength of her victories on the 1-meter and 3-meter boards and 10th place finish on Tower.

All-American Honors

The CSCAA selected 133 student-athletes for First Team All-America. An additional 107 individuals were named Second Team All-America.
